Q&A 

When will I get my letter? 
We send out the sanctuary letter on the 20th of every month. US members typically receive it within 3-7 days of sending & International members should receive the letter within 2 weeks. If you sign up before the 20th of the month, you’ll receive that months letter. If you sign up after the 20th, your first letter will arrive the following month. 

What if I need to cancel or change my address/billing info? 
Email us at sanctuaryletterclub@gmail.com and I will end your subscription or change your address. Make sure to email us before the 20th of the month so we can adjust your address, update your payment or subscription before sending. 

What happens if I don’t receive my letter?

Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (3-4 weeks for international). If your sanctuary letter doesn’t arrive, email us at sanctuaryletterclub.com and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your order confirmation to confirm your address is correct.
